Rose Choules Shoe Workshops
Rose hand makes small runs of shoes and leather goods from her studio and shop - The Workshop in Bude, North Cornwall. Inspired by ancient styles such as the moccasin and clog, which are rich in folklore and cultural symbolism, she blends traditional techniques with a modern day aesthetic drawn from many places; from the Royal made-to-measure workshop of John Lobb in London to remote villages with Cree artisans in Canada's Northern Saskatchewan.
Join Rose at her shop in Bude for a fantastic moccasin making classes. You'll be taken through what makes a traditional hand-crafted moccasin, cutting and preparing leathers, and finally construction with hand-stitched techniques. Choose your size and colours on the day from a carefully sourced range of shearling leathers, laces and threads.

Atlantic Diner
Atlantic Diner, located in the centre of Bude, just a hop, skip and a jump from Summerleaze Beach, is a friendly and relaxed cafe with a fun and vibrant atmosphere. Their range of diner snacks and main meals are freshly prepared with local ingredients at great value for money.
They're flexible with their menu so if you're vegan or vegetarian just ask what's available. Pop in for one of their famous milkshakes and watch the surf videos. Kids and well behaved dogs are always welcome.

Zuma Jay Surf Shop is one of the longest established surf shops in Europe and a small independent surf shop based in Bude Cornwall, they pride themselves on their surf knowledge and advice. Being the founding member of the 'F.S.S.S (Federation of Surfers Surf Shops) they are a surf shop run by Surfers.
From surf brand wetsuits, water-sports equipment, custom made surfboards to simple surf hire and advice, Zuma Jay is a friendly, knowledgeable surf shop with top quality products, reasonable prices and always time to stop and have a chat about the surf.

Gooseham Barton Riding
Ride with Gooseham Barton in beautiful surroundings on the North Cornwall North Devon coast. They cater for all ages, beginners and the experienced rider, they have the right horse or pony for everyone.
Perfect for families with mixed interests and helping hands are always welcome around the yard. All rides are escorted by experienced and friendly staff.
Half hour lead rein rides are available for children of any age. Mum and Dad are welcome to join in either mounted or on foot. Hacking for beginners and experienced riders. Hard hats and riding boots can be borrowed free of charge. Groups, hen parties and birthday celebrations welcome.
